STORY OF ZeroTime Promade FANS LASHES
The story of ZeroTime Promade is actually very simple.
One day, a customer shared with us that too much time was being wasted on pre-arrangement and post-cleaning. We listened, logged it into our innovation request library, and it was soon prioritized.
The innovation process unfolded just as it always does at our factory: we examined the lashing process, identified non-value-added tasks, and designed solutions to reduce or eliminate them. Then we developed samples and conducted all necessary tests. Once stable quality was achieved after the process of Industrialization in our production environment, we declared that we could manufacture it commercially.
It’s named “ZeroTime Promade,” meaning “Zero Wasted Time” or “From the Tray to the Lash in 0 Seconds.”

it’s Promade fans lashes which is designed to cut all of your wasting time. You just need to open 1 box to have all lashes needed for 1 volume set, pick each fans directly in 1 motion, dip it to glue, then set it. After that, you just close the box and leave it back to your cart without any need of cleanup.
Q2 - Are they a type of YY/W lashes?
No. it’s not. The strip looks like YY/W lashes but the fan doesn’t. Each fans has the shape of perfect promade fan lashes.
Q3 - What is its advantage in the comparision with YY/W lashes?
- ZeroTime Promade features the shape of handmade fans — smoothly opened, with no wavy hairs and thin, seamless bases.

Q4 - What is its advantage in the comparision with Promade Fans in lines?
- A small trays of ZeroTime Promade contains the same amount of fans lashes as a XXL trays of the traditional promade fans in lines. It cost you less for the transportation, the packaging and stocking.
- ZeroTime Promade allows you to pick the fan in 1 motion (right at the middle of the fans). Traditional Fans in lines requires you to pick it up at its base, then put it down before re-picking it at the middle of the fan.
Q5 - What is its advantage in the comparision with Rapid Fans/Ultra Speed/Speed fans?
- ZeroTime promade doesn’t require you to have a lash palette or silicon pad to arrange different sizes. And you don’t need pre-arrangement & marking with ZeroTime Promade like you need to do with Rapid fans.
- Zerotime promade allows you to pick it directly at the midle of the fans. Rapid fans requests you to pick at its base.
Q6 - What is its advantage in the comparision with Loose fans?
- ZeroTime Promades doesn’t vault like loose fans, so you don’t need to separate them or have to worry about them being pressed.
- ZeroTime promades is easier to pickup, and you can pick it directly from the box. So no leftover outside of the box to waste.
Q7 - Are the fans easy to be broken?
No. it’s not. Each fans are firmly fixed. It created with natural elasticity for your convenient use. You can really play with it in your way.
Q8 - How to use ZeroTime Promade Lashes? Any new skill required?
No new skill required. It’s very easy to use even with beginers. the lash is taped at its base, allowing you to pick up the fans at its middle, directly. Therefore, just in 1 motion, you can have it on your tweezer, ready to dip it into glue then apply.
Q9 - How many fans come in a tray?
Packaging is customizable. Typically, in a box of 8 lines, we’ll have 500- 800 fans depends on the fans style. For example, 3D we have about 720 fans/trays.
