Terms & Conditions

As we aim to provide the most comprehensive support lash vendoring service which is usually tailored to fit well with each customers, we’re not trying to give a force for the customer obligation here. At anytime, you can request for a taloring in our terms & conditions in accordance with each project that you have with us.

The following terms & conditions are for your reference. Or in the case that there is no other agreement, it will be applied to our cooperation.

• Production leadtime: it’s normally 7-10 days for a typical order of 300-1000 boxes. The specific production leadtime will be confirmed before the order placement.
• Transportation leadtime: 3-5 days by Express Service; 15-18 days buy Economic Services. It’s up to Customer’s selection.

• After the acceptance on our quotation, 50% of the order amount should be paid in advance as deposit. The remaining amount would be paid right before the shipment.
• In case of custom-packaging, 100% of packing fee should be paid in advance. (*) Because custom-package can’t be used for other customers.
• Available payment methods: Bank transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, Wise…
• Shipping documents: Will be sent online. Hardcopy would be sent with the lashes.

• In case that customer is not satisfied with the lashes, please always talk to our assistant first. She will help you to proceed the returning with clear guidance. The return process typically takes 5-7 days. Please note that shipping cost for the return is at customer’s account.
• When the returned products are received at its original condition, customer can choose to be exchanged with new products or get refund.

• In case that the returned product has been sent and received at Sen Lash Factory warehouse, and customer would like to receive exchanged products, we’ll proceed the production and the shipment the same as a new order. The shipping cost for the exchanged products are at Sen Lash Factory’s account.

• In case that the returned product has been sent and received at Sen Lash Factory warehouse, and customer would like to receive a refund, it would be processed within 30 days. The refund amount would be counted only on returned products at their original conditions, which have been received at our warehouse. The refund will be processed via Paypal or Banktransfer based on each circumstance of the order. The refund will take 3-5 days to be credited on your account.
• The shipping cost associated with the original order will not be refunded.
