As you may know that, there are 8 types of wastage in production. We build a mindset and habit for the workers to detect and cut the wastage. We also standardize processes and techniques to avoid defects. And we prioritize choosing the right workers, and keep them for long, instead changing.

We prefer building the autonomy in each workers and the whole system. The owners are the managers at the same time. We are all University Graduated, and have long experience working for international companies before starting up. We don’t need to hire any managers.
