Shipment and Delivery

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, the production will be started immediately. After finishing the production, we will inform you about the shipping cost and we will send the goods to you as soon as the payment is completed.

And it will take 3-5 days (Express service) or 15-18 days (Economic Service) of transportation to be delivered to you.

AirShipment by International Express Services like DHL, UPS, FedEx… or any other nominated logistic companies.

INCOTERMS 2010, The following terms can be applied:

• FCA (Free Carrier): The seller has to pay for the transport, loading, and insurance until the goods are delivered to the first carrier, indicated by the buyer, in the designated place. Products are considered as delivered at the time of loading by the carrier, and at this point, the risk of damage or loss of goods is transferred to the buyer.
• CPT (Carriage paid to): The seller pays for the carriage of the goods up to the named place of destination. The products are considered to be delivered when the goods have been handed over to the main carrier so that the risk transfers to the buyer.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to a specified location, while unloading is already an obligation of the buyer. Under DAP terms, the risk passes from seller to buyer from the point of destination mentioned in the contract of delivery. The buyer do the import custom clearance and pay the import tax and duties.

• Export Tax and Duties (Vietnam side): The Seller do the Export Customer Clearance, pay the export tax and duties.
• Import Tax and Duties (Customer’s country side): The Buyer do the Import Customer Clearance, pay the Import tax and duties.

In fact,  you have 2 options:

• Do it buy yourself/company
• Entrust the Carrier to help you to that. When the lashes arrive your country, you’ll be notified, You can entrust the Carrier to help you do all the Customer Clearance, Pay the Tax and duties…
