For consistently high quality lashes, what we train our workers?
In Sen Lash Factory Vietnam, We have some beliefs:
- The way people think decides the way people do
- Trusted workers make high quality lashes in general
- Self-managed system is better than one under supervised
Therefore, We train our workers both mindset and skills to make and ensure high quality promade fan lashes on a daily basis.
How to avoid troubling with empty promises on quality from lashes suppliers.
As a Lash Brand or Distributor, you may have been in this situtation:
Receiving low quality lashes, you claim the supplier and get a promise for improvement. However, the problem just repeats again.
Even though the Return/Guarantee policy works, it can’t cover the trouble you face. The anxiety and disappointment drive you to the need of changing the supplier.
But you soon find a new challenge: “How do you realized a better supplier?“. Congratulation! You’ve got the right direction – Prevention is better than cure.
The answer is: You have got to know deeper about The Way that a lash supplier make and assure the quality.
An interesting point here is that, just like you, the factory’s manager doesn’t directly make any lashes. The workers do. Therefore, what really matter here is The Way She Thinks and Does to ensure that the workers can make the quality lashes. Right? So you have to check her way.

- We generate a set of production techniques and means which ensure the level of quality at 100% OK. And we set our target of Quality Passed is 100%. We have a long period fighting to eliminate the mentality of “99% is good enough.
- We have established a traceability and control system for each stage in production process, ensuring that defect cannot go undetected. And this also makes everyone feel that creating quality products is easier than fixing defective ones. Afterall, the workers are encourage to ensure that the defect is dectected right at the time it arises.
- We also encourage the workers to discuss together (without our join) on 3 key questions: (1) Why can this defect can happen? – (2) Why can’t this defect be detected before? – (3) What should we do to prevent it from happening in the future?
- After all, We encourage our workers to be innovative for a higher and more stable quality (based on the result of a carefully trial).

Cluster Lash, Premade, Promade Fan Lashes: What would be the trend and, more importantly, Why?
As a lash brand or distributor, staying updated on the latest lash trends is absolutely essential. Failing to do so can lead to missed opportunities. Additionally, it allows your competitors to gain an advantage over your business, creating a wider gap between you and them. However, following a trend can be also a risk on the other hand.
This raises a significant question: “How can we effectively decide whether to follow or disregard each trend in lash products?. For me, the answer is not only about knowing “What is trendy,” but more importantly, understanding “Why something becomes a trend.”
Therefore, today, I’m going to help you understand “Why Promade Fan Lashes would become a huge trend” in our lashes extension industry, from our point of view as a professional eyelash factory in Vietnam.
The advantage of Promade fans in comparison with the other versions

Cluster takes time to make, Premade takes machine invested, while Promade fan need only the good labor. The interesting point here is that, the labor cost in Vietnam is maintained very attractively low, while the craftmanship is just amazing.
You may have a question on the material cost. Promade fan lashes actually use finer fiber and it should be more expensive. Yes, but not much.
But wait…! Why should a lash artist need Promade Fan while she can make it by herself?
The point here is:
Promade fan lashes is totally the same as handmade lashes, or even much better, while they’re ready made by the other people, not the artist. It can save the artist application time.
